The Beginning: A Passion for the Alps and a Bold Vision
The company grew from a deep interest in Alpine geology and the conviction that sound engineering begins with a careful understanding of the territory. Muttoni & Beffa combined field experience, scientific curiosity and an independent professional approach from the outset.
Growth Driven by Talent and Respect
Over the years, new specialists and disciplines joined the team. Geology, hydrogeology, natural hazards, geotechnical engineering, monitoring, blasting and energy were progressively integrated while maintaining close contact with clients, authorities and construction sites.

Reliability has been built through demanding assignments throughout Switzerland: major infrastructure, unstable slopes, water resources, underground works and emergency situations.
