Planning and Cost Control

The concept can be tested through exercises and updated as monitoring data, infrastructure or risk conditions change.
Local Construction Supervision (DLL)
GEOALPS provides specialist construction supervision during implementation. We verify materials, geometry, installation procedures and compliance with the approved design, and coordinate technical adjustments when site conditions differ from expectations. Monitoring and acceptance tests document performance and support formal handover of the completed works. Depending on the assignment, the work may use or refer to SIA 52, SIA 31.
Risk Management and Safety
This service combines field expertise, engineering analysis and clear technical documentation. For project management, GEOALPS defines the relevant questions, selects proportionate methods and converts the results into practical recommendations. The work is coordinated with clients, authorities and other designers from the initial assessment through implementation. Depending on the assignment, the work may use or refer to UFAM.
Monitoring and Final Documentation
We define the parameters, instruments, measurement intervals and data workflows needed for effective project management. Measurements are checked, visualised and compared with project-specific alarm thresholds. Where required, automated notifications and a 24/7 on-call procedure provide rapid escalation and a documented basis for operational decisions.
