Rock-Mass Assessment and Characterisation
We plan and carry out the investigations required to establish a reliable technical basis for technical assessments. Field observations, direct and indirect testing, sampling and instrumented measurements are combined to define geometry, material properties and the governing processes. The results are documented in a traceable ground or site model for design and decision-making.
Blast Analysis and Optimisation
We plan and assess blasting works with particular attention to rock-mass conditions, charge distribution, initiation sequence, perimeter control and nearby receptors. Vibration, airblast, flyrock and overbreak are considered from the design stage. Monitoring results are used to verify compliance and progressively optimise safety, fragmentation and cost.
Support for Local Construction Supervision (DLL)
GEOALPS provides specialist construction supervision during implementation. We verify materials, geometry, installation procedures and compliance with the approved design, and coordinate technical adjustments when site conditions differ from expectations. Monitoring and acceptance tests document performance and support formal handover of the completed works.
